Gold is being bought by regular folks in the markets pushing prices higher. Instead of buying, should we be selling into the higher prices?

Buyers beware:  Gold has had the largest 3 day loss  in 28 years -At that time I bought gold after a large drop and it continued to drop.  Is this a repeat of history?
